My mom and dad always cooked when we were young, but when my brother graduated from college and moved in with me it was on!  We cooked all the time.  I was the master griller (and now BBQ master) and my brother was King of the Kitchen.  There were nights where we partied until 4am with friends and we would cook multiple dinners and have so many bottles of wine we lost track.  One of the first essentials to our parties is grilling  a steak.  Cab + Steak = Happiness to me.  Props to my family, a grilled steak and the beginning of my food and wine blog.  Thanks for reading.Herb crusted rib eye
